Do you provide Cleaning supplies? Swift & Glow cleaning provide everything accept  the toilet brush we ask that you provide your own. But yes we supply everything else.

What Should I expect on my first visit from Swift & Glow Cleaning? Swift & Glow Cleaning Service will arrive at your home with supplies and tools ready to clean your home. We will do a walk through, of your home and have discussion about your cleaning needs and off to work Swift & Glow go.

Will I have the same person cleaning my home? Yes you will have the same person every time.

Do I need to be home the day of cleaning? That’s totally up to you, You do not have to be home while we clean your home, but if that makes you feel comfortable to stay and watch us work you are more then welcomed.

 How Do I prepare my home for the cleaning service? Have your valuable items put away so there wont be any accidents and make sure your home is accessible for the Cleaning person to enter your home so  you can receive the best service possible.

Can I reschedule or Skip a cleaning Appointment? It is mandatory that you give a 24 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule the appointment. We understand things in life comes up and there is just no way of getting out of it, However, please follow the guidelines out of respect for the company.

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning service? All funds are non-refundable but if you are dissatisfied with our work you have 24 hours to reach out to Swift & Glow Cleaning via email, we will come out and discuss the issue and reclean if we see fit with no charge to you.

Do you work on Holidays? No Swift & Glow cleaning does not work on the holidays as follows, New Years Eve, New years Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, and Independence day(4th of July)

 What areas Do you cover in The City Of Chicago?  Swift & Glow Cleaning covers the Evergreen, Beverly, Chatham, Auburn Gresham, Woodlawn, bronzeville, Pullman, South Chicago, Oaklawn and Hyde Park

 Why are there before and after pictures taken of my home? With your permission pictures will be taken before and after for proof that the work was done and also to build Swift & Glow Cleaning Portfolio. All sensitive items( family portraits names ) will remain confidential. The pictures will be posted on Swift & Glow cleaning social media and website. Pictures and videos will only be taken of the work area.

How do I pay, What forms of payments do you accept? You pay threw Swift & Glow cleaning website. We accept Paypal, and Cash App. 

When do I pay? Payment is due immediately when service is completed

Is a deposit required? Yes a $25.00 deposits is required to secure your appointment and you pay the remaining balance when the cleaning service is done

 Are deposits non refundable? Yes once you pay a deposit you can’t get it back but deposits are valid for 7 days if you need to reschedule.

 When do cleaning start? Cleaning starts when the cleaning person arrives to your home.

 How many people can be home during cleaning service? Please limit your home to 2 people when cleaner is there to receive the best cleaning experience

 Can My Pets Be around when you are cleaning?
Swift & Glow cleaning service is very pet friendly but we do ask that pets are not around during the cleaning

 Will there be an invoice? Yes an invoice will be emailed or hand delivered the day after the deposit is payed

Do you provide Laundry Service? Yes Laundry Service is provided but we ask that you provide your own washing detergent and fabric softener and that your washer and dryer is located in your home or apt building. Please have your clothes already separated by colors and material. We are only responsible for washing drying and folding clothes. Please inform us ahead of time if there are certain clothes you do not want in the dryer. We are not responsible  for your delicate clothing.



 What if my cleaner is running late? Swift & Glow cleaning service is never late but if that was  to ever occur we will notify via email, text and or phone call and the time will be made up.


How often can I receive cleaning? That’s totally up to you, you can receive the service weekly bi-weekly or monthly what ever works for you .

30. Do you provide Eco- Friendly products? Yes Swift & Glow Cleaning will provide you with the best natural cleaning solution products as well as traditional cleaning products

 Do you provide same day Appt? Unless discussed otherwise we do not provide same day appt. please book your appt. 24 hours ahead of time 

 What if I don’t pay a deposit?
Then you will not get serviced 

 Do you clean Valuable colletables or Antiques?
No, we don’t; we recognize that these items are sentimental, and we don’t want to be held liable if they break.

Do you clean window exterior or high ceiling windows? NO


 What will Swift and Glow not clean? We will not lift or move heavy objects, nor will we clean high areas such as light bulbs, chandelier, or ceiling fans nor will we clean  rodent or mouse waste, pet waste, mold, or rust.
